Refund policy

We have a non-refundable return policy. Once items are purchased and the order is fulfilled, items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any items purchased.


Refunds
If an error was made during checkout on our website, please contact us immediately. In the  event of an incorrect order being placed and the refund is approved through Jim Morton Photography, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed as a credit on the original form of payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately. 

Once an order has been confirmed and shipping information has been collected, the items purchased cannot be refunded.
